What to expect
PREP WORK
Projects are booked in advance, to allow plenty of time for the all important preparation.
We start with a kick off meeting, where we talk about your project in detail. You will get access to your client portal, where you can find all your project information. This call is the foundation of the rest of our work together.
You will have access to several workbooks, to make the most of your website strategy, text and content, and visual identity. You will also be invited to a Pinterest board so we can share ideas.
WEEK 1
Based on our planning call, and your workbooks, I’ll create a mockup website structure for you to review.
WEEKS 2-3
Once you are happy with the structure of the site, I’ll design and build the website based on your workbooks and information gathered during our initial call. I’ll send you a link to review the test site.
WEEK 4
I’ll take care of any revisions you have, and we will meet again to discuss launch strategy.
WEEK 5
Get geared up to tell the world – it is time for your website to go live! I’ll help you plan your launch to let as many new clients know as possible.
WEEKS 6-10
You might be quite busy with your dream clients now, but we will make time for some website training. This will give you all the tools you need to keep your website fresh and up to date going forwards. You will also receive a set of videos that you can refer back to whenever you need them.
I’ll be on hand for 30 days post launch support to help with any queries you many have.
Many IndigoBright Creative websites are designed using WordPress. This robust, versatile software is ideal for almost every kind of website, from informational to ecommerce and everything in between. It is easy to make changes to the content of your site, and adding new functionality such as a blog or a shopping cart at a later date is simple.
If you are running an e-commerce business, sometimes Shopify will be a better choice for you.
For membership sites, or running online courses, Kajabi is an excellent choice, and at IndigoBright Creative we are experienced in Kajabi theme design.
IndigoBright Creative always build websites with Search Engines in mind, using neat code, HTML5 schema and SEO plugins, so your new site will be ready for Google, Bing and other search engines.
Your website can be integrated into Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. LinkedIn, Pinterest and more. If you need advice about using these services, I am happy to help!
Once your website goes live, you will receive a training document showing you how to update and change information on your site and keep it up to date. You are welcome to visit the office in Wallingford for a training session or we can provide this over the phone. You also receive 30 days post launch support to ensure you get the most out of your new site.
